Ride 45

We hit high gear in our indoor cycling classes - using music + movement to push past any challenge cued up. Our high energy ride brings together music, movement, and heartwork in just 45 minutes. In our signature ride expect to be pushed past your limits by our dynamic coaches. They will lead you through a workout that will motivate you on and off the bike. You'll feel it all here - inspiring sprints, heart pumping hills, and an arm toning weight track. Open to all levels, modifications always encouraged

Ride 30

This is the express offering to our Signature Ride 45 class format! In 30 minutes we'll work through choreography, sprints, hill climbs, and an arm toning track. All with our signature loud music in a dim lit, dark room. Expect to be pushed past your limits by our dynamic coaches.

Ride + Revive

Get ready to sweat heavy and work hard on the bike and then move on to light up your core in the revive room. This class helps build endurance, and strength in just 45 minutes. Consider this your full body powerhouse combo.

Mat Pilates

We offer a variety of mat pilates options including, Mat Classic, Mat Pilates BPM, Strength, and sculpt.

Private 1:1 or 2:1 Pilates

Suspension Training

This modality is all about using your body as the machine. No external resistance, just gravity. We use TRX to develop strength, mobility, balance, core stabilization, and flexibility.
